Your contract is based on a total amount that is divided into 12 equal installments for convenience. Because of this, your first rent is not prorated.
Installments are due by the 1st of each month. You can pay this through your resident portal with a debit/credit card or e-check. You can also bring in or mail a check or money order to 6919 Main St. #1A.
All leases are 12-month installments. Life Tower does not allow any breaks in the lease. However, pending approval of your roommate(s), you may add someone to the lease. Please Contact the Front Office to Discuss in Detail. Additional fees may apply.
A guarantor is a co-signer for your lease agreement and allows us to qualify you for your lease based on their income. At our discretion, a resident can act as their own guarantor if they can show documentation as outlined in the lease agreement that they have income greater than three times the rental installment.
We need your Social Security number to run a standard criminal background check.
Renter’s insurance is required for all residents at the property. Residents are able to enroll in the Sentosa Trust Liability Insurance Program which covers fire, smoke, falling objects and water damage for $12.99 per month. While residents may obtain their own insurance as well, they will be automatically enrolled in the program if they fail to provide their own.
Our on-site maintenance team will be available to address any maintenance concerns you may have. You can submit a maintenance request through your resident portal or call our on-site leasing office.
